What initially attracted you to work at Nestlé?
The global reach and diverse portfolio of Nestlé products were major factors in the beginning, but shortly after starting, I saw so much more than that!

Having started my journey at Nestlé 12 years ago in Brazil, then spending 4 years in Italy, and recently moving to the US, I have always felt welcomed. You will find the same inclusive culture across different countries and continents which motivates you to embrace opportunities.
What is your favorite piece of technology?
I'm naturally drawn to data and employee experience, nowadays Generative AI has captured my attention as it blends them both, leveraging data to elevate employee experience. In IT we play a key role in making this a reality.
You're talking to a stranger on the street—how would you best describe your day-to-day job?
Essentially, my role involves ensuring that all the technology devices used by our employees in North America, such as laptops, desktops, tablets, are running smoothly and efficiently.
On a typical day, I collaborate with colleagues from the Global team to communicate North America business requirements as well as engaging with local stakeholders to cascade and plan what is coming in terms of software deployment, new hardware, and updates that aim to improve user experience and enhance cybersecurity measures.
Working in an enjoyable environment is so important—can you share a little bit about the office location and space where you work?
Our office boasts modern, open plan workspaces with amenities like a restaurant, café, and fitness center. The part that I like the most is that it has plenty of natural light, so you can always find me in a desk close to a window.
What advice would you share with someone considering relocating to St. Louis?
From a professional perspective, it presents an exciting opportunity for career growth as we house important IT departments at both the local and regional level.
On a more personal note, I recommend researching neighborhoods to find the perfect fit for your lifestyle and preferences.
