P.O.S.T. Service Members Program
P.O.S.T. Service Members Program, which stands for Partners of Separated and Transitioning Service Members, will pair military veteran new hires with experienced associates who have also served in the armed forces. This program focuses in the following areas while you are transitioning:

- Learning insights about our culture
- Forming a professional network
- Discovering ways to get involved
While the program is formally designed to last up to 90 days, we hope the partnership will carry on throughout your career with us as there are continual opportunities to advise and learn from each other regardless of one’s career stage.
Deployment
We employ associates who are actively serving members of the Reserves and understand that training dates and deployments can suddenly happen. Our process makes planning for these as seamless as possible—you have our full support. If you get the call, we offer military leave, deployment benefits, and reemployment initiatives to ensure that you’re still part of the Nestlé Purina family while in uniform.
