The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler will work with the site management team and be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance (corrective and preventative) including a major role in the development of PM program, management of technical stores (spare parts and consumable inventories). In conjunction with the Facilities Manager the position all maintenance issues and priorities for the total site.
·Responsible for processing and scheduling of all work orders, gaining approval and any engineering input that may be required. Examines and determines best way to accomplish work order, obtains any drawings, and checks for availability of parts. Estimates steps to be taken, man hours and number of mechanics required and lists materials for special equipment needed for completion of the work order.
·Participates in AMM (Nestle Asset & Maintenance Management) System implementation and leads equipment, work order, and PM configuration and administration for Bridgewater Site.
oEstablishes and coordinates preventive maintenance plans in conjunction with the Site Management and the Pilot Plant teams.
oParticipates in Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) tasks such as, Breakdown Analysis (BDA), Go-See-Think-Do (GSTD) problem solving, DMAIC’s and White Belt Projects.
oCompile, analyze and provide input for adjustments in regards to key performance indicators.

Comply with the plant, office, & lab safety rules; report incidents & unsafe conditions immediately
Maintain compliance with regulations, and refer to the Safety & Environmental Management System(s) on all related procedures and programs.

Follow site food safety, quality rules as defined in Nestle Good Manufacturing Practices and other operational procedures.
Maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Experience and Education Requirements
· Journeyman’s Level Qualification or demonstrated experience in related fields such as HVAC or Electrical
· 3-5 years of maintenance/engineering planning experience or equivalent experience in facilities operations
· Demonstrated working knowledge of SAP Asset Management or other CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System such as Maximo or Datastream 7i)
· Associate degree in maintenance, engineering technology, or related field.
· CMRP certification (certified maintenance reliability professional)
· Able to perform in a team environment
· Quality communication skills (written and oral)
