Nestlé Waters North America is looking for an experienced, dynamic Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and mentor a team of recruiters in the delivery of high quality staffing services of our US Based, Home and Office Delivery business (ReadyRefresh). Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition develops and executes regional and local sourcing plans and builds strategic relationships with business leaders and HR Partners. This role can be based out of our Stamford, CT headquarters or any RR location on the east coast. The position will support the Northeast Zone, New York Metro Zone, Mid-Atlantic Zone and Florida Zone within ReadyRefresh.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Creating and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy and execution plan including innovative sourcing techniques to develop a diverse talent pipeline to meet the needs of the business
• Proactively engage in workforce planning with business leaders & maintaining ongoing discussions to ensure joint effort/partnership
• Partnering with Recruiting Operations Manager to integrate scalable and repeatable sourcing platforms into a functional recruiting strategy
• Measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the team, sourcing strategies and 3rd party partners while recommending improvements
• Developing weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to track key Talent Acquisition metrics
• Developing Talent Acquisition dashboards and data analytics to influence decision making
• Fostering a collaborative team environment and strong service-oriented culture that drives timely delivery of diverse talent to the business
• Building and maintaining a strong team of recruiters through effective hiring, development, team building and performance management
• Partnering with the Leadership Recruiting team to execute individual search strategies for strategic leadership roles


Successful Candidate Will Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or relevant field
• 3+ years leading, motivating and mentoring a team of recruiters in a fast paced, corporate environment.
• 5+ years high volume, exempt and non-exempt sourcing/recruiting/hiring experience across a variety of client organizations and geographies, preferably in the consumer product goods industry
• 3+ years developing and executing digital sourcing strategies
• 5+ years of experience with Applicant Tracking systems. Taleo (ATS) experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience creating and deploying data analysis to measure sourcing effectiveness and recruiter productivity
• Prior experience with frontline, drivers, warehouse, and distribution venter recruitment required.

Possess working knowledge of the complete recruiting function, including but not limited to: research, sourcing, networking, behavioral based interviewing, assessments, candidate experience, etc.
• Ability to build successful candidate profiles, clarify required job skills and competencies and use the best sourcing strategies for each job category
• Ability to build relationships at all levels internally and externally with vendors and candidates
• Ability to attract and find the right candidates for each job, using various sourcing techniques effectively, including networking events, social media and other creative media channels
• Knowledge of the job market, supply of talent and competitive positioning for local and national resources
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing business needs and processes
• Strong process-orientation, organization and follow-up skills
• Ability to analyze data, draw inferences, and make judgments
• Ability to influence peers, business partners, vendors
• Strong internal and external service-orientation
• Public speaking skills and ability to deliver presentations
