We are seeking a Business Acquisition Lead responsible for leading & integrating cross functional business acquisition projects. You will oversee innovation strategy through insights and business analysis, champion a mindset of interdependency by leading key cross functional meetings and processes.
A Day in the Life: • Partner with channel teams (and B2B) to identify business acquisition opportunities. • Build business cases, gather cross functional inputs and secure management approval. • Lead projects' execution: Project plan and timelines, Meeting drumbeat and management reviews. • Integrate projects with relevant functions. Lead a comprehensive handover process ensuring a smooth transition and sustainable integration of innovations and business solutions • Assess B2C spending efficiency and sufficiency across channels and recommend relevant adjustments. • Lead cross channel post-launch assessment for key product launches & initiatives. • Work with MKT Insights and B2C Analytics teams to identify and deploy relevant product & consumer research to the broader B2C organization • Lead Sales/MKT bi-weekly meeting: own meeting agenda, leverage this forum to prepare for weekly reviews with local Machine partners, monthly reviews with Nespresso HQ Machine partner manager, SPM and ultimately on-time delivery of key innovations. •Lead NOA (Notification of Approval) process: Guide project owners in completing the NOA template, identify key stakeholders for every project and collect their input, schedule decision meeting with approver, summarize decision & next steps. •Support Senior Channel Strategy Manager with yearly Operational Plan process management for B2C. •Continuously review and assess B2C ways of working to improve team efficiency, deliver on MBS vision and strengthen B2C team's equity. • Manage buget and create POs, manage invoices and liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure all invoices are being paid in a timely fashion.
Winning Skill Sets:
Education: •Bachelors degree required, preferably in marketing or business
Experience: •5 years experience developing business cases, particularly acquisition focused required. •2-3 years Management of a creative agency/content preferred •Self-starter and ability to work by him/herself •Also, the ability to work in a team and comfort running large meetings •Ability to identify when and how to escalate issues to management level •Experience managing complex platforms/operations/processes •Travel potential (15%)
