As our Manager IT Functional / Business Relationship Management (Supply Chain), you’ll partner with Regional Team Leads, Business Relationship Manager, and Solution Architects for Information Technology at Nestlé to build and sustain "one IT organization" delivering IS/IT services to our Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) business unit in the USA. You will concentrate on Supply Chain, including Customer Services, Logistics, Demand & Supply Planning, and Procurement within NHSc. This will balance IT at Nestlé and business needs, while delivering on the promise of a transformed IT organization – speed, flexibility, and business case. You’ll be accountable to deliver services to NHSc organization that are aligned with IT at Nestlé priorities and operating company business priorities.
This position is open to any location in the US as a fully remote opportunity with occasional travel.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions, and roadmaps
Act as a trusted advisor to Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) in the USA by managing relationships between the business and IS/IT organization during the whole life cycle of the products and along the business own life cycles
Provide awareness, direction, and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation stimulates, surfaces, and shapes business demand for IT assets and capabilities
Ensure that IT Product Groups and Product Managers understand the business strategy and context definition of new products required and implementation to support business needs or for decision of product retirement
Link specific business initiatives, projects, or programs and IT in order to identify, forecast and deliver value while leveraging the integrated products and services catalogue
Qualifies demands based on product qualification check lists or finds opportunities based on product portfolio knowledge mapped to business capabilities
Facilitate discovery and scoping by mobilizing appropriate partners for complex highly configurable products or for needs requiring multi product integration
Ensure project deliverables are tracking to plan and facilitate the development of business cases
Support business impact assessments and risk analysis and manage escalations and orchestrates the resolution of critical incidents
Be a "student of the business" to connect cross functional integration points and unlock E2E value
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
5+ years of combined IT and Supply Chain experience (including Customer Services, Logistics, Demand & Supply Planning, and/or Procurement)
Working experience for a global matrixed organization proven record of stakeholder management
Experience with implementing strategies for new business models or for new markets
Experience with SAP ERP
Experience with Direct to Consumer (D2C) and/or Business to Business (B2B) technologies such as Shipedge, Amazon FBA, Magento or SAP Hybris is preferred
Experience with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) technologies such as EDI integration is preferred
Project, Product, or Program Management experience is preferred
