As a brand ambassador at Arrowhead Water, you will bring an enthusiastic creative approach to the brand. While acting as a face and voice for the brand, you will help deliver the company message and help potential customers understand the value of the product we offer. Brand Ambassadors will be there to help increase brand awareness and sales by promoting the product through various media and social media channels. You will work closely with event leads, and the sales and marketing team to achieve specific goals at numerous off-site and promotional events.
Familiarize yourself with the company mission and overall goal
Post about Arrowhead Water during off-site activations, promotional pop ups and other designated events
Adhere to a schedule that will require traveling to specified destinations where Arrowhead events/pop ups/activations will be taking place
Work in conjunction with the community manager and event leads to create and conceptualize marketing strategies and event ideas
Participate in designated events as a member of the Arrowhead team, while conducting yourself in accordance with company guidelines
Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers and event/promotional leads, while also maintaining a database of contacts
Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends and network of contacts
Assist in organizing off-site activations, promotional pop ups and working with event leads to keep track of all creative assets (such as: flyers, inflatables, coolers, tents, etc.)
Track customers’ preferences, and relay any product feedback to community manager and event lead
Communicate any creative ideas for product, or events to event lead(s)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks
Ability to travel
A good attitude and a positive outlook
