This role contributes to the success of the organization by focusing on the finance integration of The Bountiful Company (TBCo) at the direction of Program Management Officer, Finance and Synergies Lead. As part of the PMO team, this role also plays an important cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities: • Support the Program Management Officer, Finance and Synergies Lead, on the finance integration of The Bountiful Company (TBCo) acquisition • Conduct assessments and gap analyses associated with acquired business’ financial operations and propose remediation actions • Lead the integration of the reporting processes, in collaboration with NHSc Global team, including : mapping of TBCo business to Nestlé general ledger accounts and financial statement line items (P&L and Balance Sheet) ; aid in the synchronization of reporting policies ; develop processes for transferring TBCo financial data into Nestlé systems and facilitate alignment of TBCo’s financial processes with Nestlé processes ; transfer prices set up • Assure Nestlé accounting standards are being attained
• Support TBCo and potentially other acquired businesses on post-close monthly and quarterly reporting processes (PACT, CACT, Capex, R&D, etc…) • Support the deployment of the Nestlé ERP at the TBCo, during the blueprint, realization and testing phase, as a Finance Super User • Provide financial analysis and strategic planning support and help prepare presentations to senior leadership on a adhoc basis • Support others F&C team (NHSc global, NHSc non US markets, NUSA Finance) and cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Sales, Marketing…) on all matters related to accounting and finance associated with the Bountiful Company acquisition and other assigned projects. • Support TSA billing and cost settling process
Key Relationships (Internal) Finance Function, Program Management Office, operating partners across shared services at various Nestlé OPCOs, including NHSc US Finance Team, NHSc Global Finance Team, NUSA Finance Team. Key relationships (External) The Bountiful Company, external partners and vendors, potential other acquired businesses
Experience and Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting. MBA/Accounting designation is a plus. • 5-7 years’ experience in corporate finance, financial reporting and accounting analysis roles • Strong knowledge of Nestle Accounting Standards and Finance & Control Processes • Demonstrated success leading complex projects. • Understanding of tax accounting a plus • M&A integration / divestment / corporate restructuring and development activities a plus • Demonstrated understanding of US healthcare industry value chain and operations a plus PREFERRED SKILLS • U.S. and International cross-functional leadership experience. • High attention to details and finance/accounting acumen • Proven track record of success on cross-functional team projects • Ability to link strategy to clearly actionable initiatives • Ability to understand and anticipate needs from F&C and other stakeholders • Sense of urgency to deliver both short-term and long-term results. • Team player with a proactive and collaborative approach • Combination of technical credibility, strong communication skills • Strong negotiations and influence skills for internal and external parties
