As a Senior Coordinator Procurement, you will manage weekly and daily schedule activities for the Operations Planning Department. Additionally, you will assist the Department Manager in overseeing long range and short range plant production planning, inventory management, and safety stock methodologies.

Perform SAP responsibilities for daily production schedules, resources, production models, data maintenance, etc. Update and maintain weekly production schedule within SAP.
Utilize forecast, economic production quantities, safety stock, inventory levels and maintenance schedule to plan weekly and daily production schedules at the optimal total cost.
Perform procurement duties for labels and various packaging items. Place orders from vendors and manage vendor communications.
Prioritize production, managing work in progress inventories at the Factory and at sub-contractor locations.
Education: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Experience: 2+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or materials management within a manufacturing, production, industrial, military, or related environment.
