As our Functional Relationship Manager (FRM), you’ll partner with regional and global Team Leads, Business Relationship Managers, and Solution Architects for Information Technology at Nestlé to build and sustain "one IT organization" delivering IS/IT services to multiple business units . You will concentrate on technologies for process automation, including intelligent / robotic process automation, workflow, process mining, chat bots and information capture and digitalization. Within these areas you will contribute the innovation strategic roadmaps, implement agile ways of working, business modelling, and optimizing the current landscape. This will balance IT at Nestlé and business needs, while delivering on the promise of a transformed IT organization—speed, flexibility, and business case. You’ll be accountable to deliver IT at Nestlé services to IBS in accordance to IT at Nestlé and IBS priorities.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define, validate and refine product vision, strategy, definitions, and roadmaps
Act as a trusted advisor to business units, managing relationships between the business and IS/IT organization during the whole life cycle of the products and along the business own life cycles
Provide awareness, direction, and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation stimulates, surfaces, and shapes business demand for IT assets and capabilities
Ensure that Product Managers understand the business strategy and context definition of new products required and implementation to support business needs or for decision of product retirement
Link specific business initiatives, projects, or programs and IT in order to identify, forecast and deliver value while leveraging the integrated products and services catalogue
Qualifies demands based on product qualification check lists or finds opportunities based on product portfolio knowledge mapped to business capabilities
Facilitates discovery and scoping by mobilizing appropriate partners for complex highly configurable products or for needs requiring multi product integration
Ensure project deliverables are tracking to plan
Facilitates the development of business cases
Support business impact assessments and risk analysis
Manage escalations and orchestrates the resolution of critical incidents
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
5+ years of professional experience in technology
3+ years of experience implementing emerging technology
Experience with robotic process automation, and any of the following workflow and process mining technologies; Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Celonis, K2
Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization, Fluent in English
Cross-functional understanding of the enterprise business environment and organization
Experience with process analysis and design
Experience consulting business stakeholders
Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Understanding of how emerging technology can benefit business modeling or business processes
