POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Specialist, Paid Search role will be responsible for the strategic and execution of our Holistic Search program, at Nestle Health Science. This role will own and implement the Holistic Search framework (comprising of both Paid and Organic Search) across all our brands, as well as manage the day-to-day of PPC campaigns for some of our key strategic brands. As the company-wide strategic owner of Search, this individual will develop all keyword, competitor and trend research for our brands, and guide the various Digital and Marketing team members throughout the process within the holistic search framework to set the Strategic Keyword list and finally create Paid and Organic Search strategies. As the day-to-day supervisor of all our Search activities, the Search Senior Specialist will also manage all PPC and Remarketing media for some of our key strategic brands, including the launch of new campaigns, optimization of existing campaigns, and reporting on overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and implement the Holistic Search Framework, across all Nestle Health Science brands
- The single point of contact across the entire organization for the Holistic Search framework.
- Drive and execute all research activities within the framework, namely Keyword, Competitor, Content and Trend reports, using our existing tech stack (Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, BrightEdge)
- Expose results from research and provide strong recommendations on strategic keyword lists, for all our brands
- Guide our Digital and Marketing teams throughout the definition of Paid and Organic search strategies, leading the brand search workshops.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our PPC and Remarketing media:
- Day-to-day supervision of Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts, across some of our key strategic brands.
- Implement new PPC campaigns, following the strategy defined as per the Holistic Search Framework
- Continuously monitor and optimize PPC campaigns, including (but not limited to) keyword optimization, budget allocations, ad group and campaign structure management, adjustments of bidding strategies, implementation of new text ad copy, amongst other activities.
- Proactively develop, execute and analyze tests (ad copy, landing page, structural, etc.) that improve efficiencies and/or augment effectiveness
- Execute Product Listing Ads and Shopping strategy and oversee product feed delivery.
- Execute Gmail Ads, when appropriate for specific brands
- Collaborate closely with Search Engine partners to ensure appropriate monthly budget pacing and overall account management.
- Manage and report periodically PPC budget spend, pacing and availability.
- Coordinate all billing and payment activities via invoicing with Search media partners.
- Evangelize Search internally and externally:
- Manage relationships with Search Engine partners – such as Google & Microsoft, to get the latest insights in the PPC space (e.g. new ad types, new bidding methods, new platform enhancements, etc.)
- Track permanently our internal Best Practice Indexes, for both Paid and Organic Search, reporting directly to Nestle Headquarters
- Provide periodic updates to our Global and Regional teams on our key projects, pilots and overall search performance.
- Stay on top of the latest updates regarding tools, trends, tactics, news and innovation within the Search space (AdWords, Bing, Bid Management Platforms, eMarketer, SEMrush, Search Engine Land, AdCenter, AdGooroo, etc.)
- Deliver educational sessions to our commercial and cross-functional team members on Search.
Experience and Education Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of PPC campaign management experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in SEO
- Experience with keyword Research
- Agency experience with hands on experience running PPC engine programs is a must.
- Google Ads Search Certification and Google Ads Display Certification are a must. Google Ads – Measurement Certification is a plus.
- Search Ads 360 certification.
- Experience in Analytical Tools (Google Analytics), Bid Management tools (Google Search 360, Kenshoo, Marin, etc.)
