Nespresso is hiring a Lead Advertising and Marketing Communications Professional for our NYC offices. This person will be responsible for the Management of all Campaign Activations and Coffee Launch Communication Support and will indirectly lead Integrated Communication Touchpoints.
A Day in the Life:
Campaign Briefing and Planning: Coffee Launches and Key Shopper Moments
Lead the briefing, planning, and integration of all Coffee Launch and Key Shopper Moment communications (from brief through execution).
Work with Senior Manager to localize product insights to ensure briefs resonate locally.
Work with the Product and Insights teams to identify audiences and tailor messaging across audience segments.
Steer the related Agency-Client Taskforces to ensure collaborative, transparent, and successful touchpoint integration.
Partner with the Content Manager to curate HQ guidebooks and assets, identifying asset gaps and supporting development of local toolkits.
Campaign Project Management: All Integrated Campaigns
Support Senior Manager across all integrated campaigns by ensuring all touchpoint needs and timelines are captured, and that activations are flawlessly executed.
Maintain the annual marketing communications (Central) calendar, combine inputs from all communication touchpoints and cross-functional teams (e.g., product, eCommerce, HQ).
Campaign Measurement and Optimization
Identify and incorporate objective metrics and ROI measures across communication materials, programs, and campaigns to evaluate overall performance.
Responsible for ensuring that communication is as effective as possible; this includes partnering with internal teams and agencies to track and analyze campaign results, develop recommendations for future campaigns, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Lead the post-campaign debrief process by gathering learnings across all touchpoints and leading the share-out and application of learnings to future campaigns.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Graduate degree / MBA preferred).
8+ years in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Previous experience having worked for an organization with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset (CPG, Luxury, or D2C Brand Preferred).
People Management experience preferred.
Project management skills strongly preferred.
