Our Customer Sales Representatives take inbound calls from potential customers for Home and Office Delivery in our 40 person Telesales department.
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm Weekend (rotational) from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Compensation: $15.38 per hour (overtime after 40 hours) paid bi-weekly $500.00 per month bonus opportunity (based on performance)

What you’ll do daily:
• Receive incoming calls from potential new customers (residential and commercial) • Use your sales and negotiation skills to promote our full line of products and services • Display a friendly and positive attitude to assess the potential customers needs and provide solutions • Be an expert of our NWNA quality standards, products, services, environmental message and competitive advantage (we’ll train you on this!)
Key Qualifications: • Outstanding communication skills • Ability to communicate products and services • Proactive selling skills • High School Diploma or GED required • 1-3 years of Sales experience in either retail, face to face, or call center • Bi-lingual skills in Spanish a plus • Must possess strong negotiation skills • Ability to identify needs and offer solutions • Excellent written and oral communication skills • A high degree of professionalism/ability to interact with callers in a professional manner • Strong computer skills including Microsoft office suite • Superb organizational and time management skills • Must be able to work independently • Must have outstanding decision making and problem solving ability • Must have proven track record of dependability and flexibility • Must be willing to learn new techniques and highly adaptable to change • Persuasive and resilient in overcoming objections and maintaining energy level
