As an IT Service Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role for our organization’s future success in the adoption of new technology as well as the implementation of new IT solutions to support complex, large scale business processes and needs being carried out across the organization. You will work hand in hand with local and global product & process owners to influence the vision and evolution of products new to the business with a focus on delivering the best value to receivers.
IT Service Delivery Manager is the overall process manager & liaison for Nestle users to drive any IT infrastructure services needs and improvements. You will be the single point of accountability for the delivery of day to day IT Infrastructure, End User Computing and IT services to NPPC organizations aligned with IT at Nestlé priorities and operating company business priorities.
From our Nestle Purina HQ in St Louis, MO you will manage the internal service delivery process as well as internal client stakeholders in the end-to-end implementation of enterprise technology within a global environment.
Act as the single liaison and escalation for IT service delivery needs for Nestlé Purina
Project planning activities such as: Collaboration with Project Managers and Portfolio Managers; Summaries of active project requests, priority, & approval status, review hardware projections; act as a catalyst to inspire, influence business to engage in implementation of top-down IT strategy plans & processes; collect bottom-up IT needs & requirements to support business
Identify and bridge gaps in systems processes and existing solutions
Ensures continuous improvement efforts, including root cause analysis and service improvement plans, are performed and communicated with the operating company
Work with product owners to improve business/service processes, identify redundancies, and promote collaboration across the organization
Assist in coordinating internal improvement tools and initiatives; facilitate sharing of best practices between operating companies
Focus on IT-related key concerns and issues; own the execution of improvement action plans
Prepare and deliver “IT Quality Reviews” and “Service Quality Reviews” for your assigned market
Demonstrate strong abilities in effective business relationship management while managing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
Successfully influence the development and implementation of IT solutions to support business needs
Established ability to manage multidiscipline, high-performance work teams and development groups focused on service management activities
Proven competency in the execution of multiple projects, including managing resources across multiple projects and programs to meet delivery and service goals
Ability to deliver excellent customer service in a Receiver Obsessed environment!
Bachelor’s degree is required
7 or more years of experience with complex IT project management or portfolio management responsibilities, demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing cross functional technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases is required
5 or more years of experience in an IT Management role with a focus in IT Service Management and Service Delivery utilizing functional understandings of service delivery processes in a complex, matrixed organization is required
Proven Stakeholder & Process Management experience acting as the sole Business Relationship Manager between IS/IT service providers and an operating company or large business division is required
Experience in the implementation and advocacy of various methodologies and associated frameworks such as ITIL / ITSM, Agile and related processes and tools
Expertise in facilitating discussions between IT and business stakeholders to enable the adoption of new technology, process & products
