The Supply Chain Systems Manager is responsible for being the SME and implementing improvements of the Master Data system, champion data reporting and analysis to provide important insights to the Supply Chain functions, and support Business Process Management for future acquisitions to help the team deliver on priority goals and other commitments. This position covers all of the NHS business: Consumer Care, Medical Nutrition and Pharma.
This role requires strong end-to-end supply chain knowledge, as well as experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Master Data Management, and data/reporting tools (e.g. SAP ERP, performance metrics, dashboards, Power BI, etc).
•Provide Master Data expertise on I&R/SC projects through fully understanding the material life cycle and its impact to the overall supply chain
•Partner with relevant teams in integrating new businesses into SAP in support of business process management providing Master Data support
•Adhere to policies and compliance standards (e.g. GS1, Nestle standards for Material management, etc).
•Own the GLOBE SAP Material Workflow Process, changes and activation of materials, ensuring data accuracy
•Analyze data errors and resolve root cause, including creation/updates to standards and training to parties affected
•Manage material life cycle process, validity checks, and pre-activation of materials as needed
•Ensure accurate integration of SAP data and that end users are prepared to meet GLOBE data requirements to support business processes
•Support GLOBE program management of all required analysis, testing phases, and cycles. Update/build standards.
•Incorporate business process knowledge and data usage into the data cleansing, conversion and maintenance activities for business integrations
•Educate data owners and lead training on Master Data and GLOBE standards, definitions, processes, policies, tools and procedures
•Maintain Global Data Sync (1SYNC) data that is sent to customers
•Handle the SKU Rationalization initiative through the deactivation process
•Build manual plant and distribution channel extensions for all materials
•Maintain daily/weekly/monthly data reports, scorecards and dashboards
•Perform root cause analysis on critical Supply Chain metrics (COF, BGE, FDE&VDE) as requested by team
•Support customer specific metrics for Customer Facing Supply Chain function
•Seeking and implementing standard methodologies and trends, including creation/update of standards and training to affected parties
•Develop requirements and standards through partner alignment, including development of training materials and perform training for affected parties
•Respond to Affiliate requests for Material Master information
•Facilitating key decisions regarding data standards within SAP through multi-functional alignment
•Analyze and resolve multi-functional data issues, across SAP modules and between SAP and other applications
•Work with business users/owners to complete data mapping documents and analyze Business Rules to clean and transform data
•Review and validate material master data to identify discrepancies in basic attributes such as palletization.
•Provide relevant insight to commercial and supply chain functions regarding key parameters
•Lead discontinuation process – facilitate quarterly meeting to review potential disco’s – challenge low-volume SKUs.
•Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestlé and the Customer, in crafting competitive gaps through supply chain value creation.
•Drive other Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives e.g. Cost to Serve, Collaborative Planning, CO2 & Sustainability, and Customer Based Coordinators etc. and represent Nestlé in the industry.
•Deliver training and continued support to the Supply Chain team on reports

Experience and education requirements
•Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or in a related field or equivalent business experience
•7+ years of experience with Supply Chain roles
•Roles in more than one of the functions across Supply Chain: Generating Demand or other Ensuring Supply areas of: Sales / Marketing; Technical & Production; Customer Service; Demand & Supply Planning; Supply Chain Development; Procurement; Physical Logistics
•Expertise in SAP ERP Systems or Transactions
•Prior experience with Data analytics tools (Microsoft Excel, Access, Power BI, Cognos, Tableau)
