As our IT Market Manager at Nestlé Health Science located in Bridgewater, NJ, you’ll partner with the Regional and Global Head of Product and Product Group Managers in Nestlé IT to build and sustain “one IT organization” delivering IS/IT services to our Nestlé Health Science business unit (NHSC). You’ll be accountable for delivering IT services to NHSC that are aligned with business priorities and IT directions.
Partner with Nestlé Health Science (NHSC) to deliver IT services that enable and support business growth. Become the face of IT at NHSC
Act as a trusted IT advisor to NHSC. Advocate on behalf of NHSC and IT. Build and manage strong relationships between the business stakeholders and IT organization. Guide NHSC through the full product life cycle
Guide NHSC business stakeholders to receive the best value from IT assets and capabilities
Stimulate innovations to surface and shape new business demand for IT asset and services. Showcase new business enablement technology
Anticipate NHSC’s needs for new or existing IT services by closely listening to the stakeholders and translating business situations into demands for IT services
Ensure new IT products and services are deployed to meet or exceed NHSC’s business needs and expectations while maintaining a balance with IT principles.
Ensure Nestlé IT Product Managers understand NHSC business strategy and needs to shape new requirements for new or existing products
Lead a local IT team to manage the full product life cycle of local solutions
Link key business initiatives, projects, or programs with IT to identify, forecast and deliver value while leveraging the integrated products and services catalogue
Mobilize internal resources and external partners to discover and scope new large business opportunities (i.e., M&A) that could require multiple products to be configured and integrated to meet complex business end to end requirements.
Collaborate with NHSC IT Personalization @ Scale Business Relationship Manager to address common business and IT needs
Facilitates the development of business cases
Support business impact assessments and risk analysis
7+ years of experience in Information Technology including program/project management and business analysis
5+ years of experience in leading large Information Technology teams enabling and growing multibillion-dollar businesses.
Experience working with globally and regionally (North America) dispersed teams
Stakeholder management experience with proven record successfully managing complex stakeholder network
Experience navigating large, complex global organization structures through influence required
Advanced Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification (ITIL)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Information Technology Software Management (ITSM)
