OVERVIEW:Uses SAP to plan and coordinate maintenance manpower and materials. Reviews maintenance work orders and scopes jobs for labor and materials. Balances workload with available man-hours. Communicates workload with production. Schedules work orders based production downtime and assures all resources needed are available as scheduled. Maintains preventive maintenance tasks and data integrity in SAP.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Reviews, understands, and applies all required corporate policies and procedures
Review all maintenance work requests for accuracy and necessity & examines alternate approaches
Analyze and record job requirements for labor, materials, skills, safety & entry permits, and machine downtime.
Collect data, specifications, and cost of parts and equipment and enters on WO
Closing WO as needed
Creating and updating PM03’s
Estimates internal and external labor requirements
Prioritize work on consequence and possibility of failure
Work with production and schedules work based on available man-hours and production schedule
Enters all required data in SAP and communicates estimated job cost to management for approval
Works to achieve maintenance schedule through coordination with purchaser and storeroom clerk to assure all parts are kitted and received
Holds meetings with production and other needed parties to coordinate pre-defined maintenance schedule with production DH schedule
Maintains SAP data for equipment, tasks, and plans
Trains mechanics in proper entering and codification of WO
Analyze historical tasks to optimize estimated durations
Examine equipment history for RCA and repetitive failures
Applies CDM principle to failures to modify and improve PM program
Examines PM program for effectiveness and modifies as needed
Attends and participates in national peer group conference calls
Machine criticality review
Assist other personnel in use of our AMM process.

High School Diploma/GED
Ability to read and interpret complicated technical and process SOP
Knowledgeable in preventive and predictive maintenance systems
Understanding of the maintenance and operation of bottling equipment
Able to organize and manage many complex tasks
Excellent communication skills, must communicate to both technical and non- technical staff
Knowledgeable in use of SAP
Able to take direction and instructions remotely and apply in local environment
