As a Sr. IT Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic, technical product management roadmap and help establish the DevOps practice for Nestlé’s growing ReadyRefresh business. These applications include ecommerce solutions such as Salesforce and SAP Hybris. You will ensure the entire life cycle of the ReadyRefresh IT products are managed to maximize the value and contribution to the overall organizational strategy.
Provide process and organization to integrate all ReadyRefresh IT products
Orchestrate internal and external multi-functional stakeholders to define, validate, and refine product back logs, and roadmaps
Lead, develop, coach, and mentor technical and integration resources
Directly lead the individual Tech Leads for the applications in the product portfolio
Lead implantation and integration of technical components across the solution landscape
Help product teams and architects on industrializing data models and their integration among different systems
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or other relevant field
7 + years of experience in IT, product innovation, solution implementations, and/or technical project management
Experience in technical Product Management
4 + years of people leadership experience
Experience leading teams that are using agile methodologies
Experience with agile software development tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.
