The ReadyRefresh business is in the midst of an unprecedented transformation with the goal of delivering exponential growth. A critical contributor to achieving success is our ability to scale complementary businesses. Accordingly, we are seeking a Senior Manager, B2B Strategic Growth to be located in our Stamford headquarters. This position reports to the Director, Demand Generation. Specifically, this newly-created position will play an integral part in advancing our strategic growth priorities: 1.) Establish and operationalize a B2B Marketing discipline within the ReadyRefresh organization to drive scalable new customer prospecting, 2.) Develop the overall B2B customer journey to create a differentiated experience tailored to B2B customers to maximize value (including website enhancements, promotional offers, product bundles, etc.), and 3.) Scale a portfolio of products tailored for small commercial customers (e.g., coffee and cups).
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Establish a compelling B2B Marketing vision, identify key strategies, and execute tactics to deliver ambitious growth targets.
Oversee all aspects of B2B Marketing, including content creation, eCommerce enhancements, field marketing support, customer insights generation, and actionable reporting and analytics
Collaborate with Sales leadership to provide input into annual goal setting and strategy development
Develop and manage effective and efficient prospecting campaigns (leveraging B2B-specific platforms like LinkedIn) – with key target KPIs including number of acquisitions, CPA and average basket size
Collaborate with ReadyRefresh digital teams to oversee rollout of B2B digital experience on ReadyRefresh.com
Oversee creation and distribution of commercial-focused marketing content (e.g., white papers focused on needs of commercial buyers – typically procurement groups) and establishment of NWNA B2B marketing blogs to drive relevance of ReadyRefresh with small commercial customers
Develop B2B Digital portal aimed at providing seamless experience for typically large, commercial buyers
Develop scalable coffee strategy for ReadyRefresh business, including profitable multi-year growth strategy, route to market, and marketing campaigns to accelerate growth
Manage and optimize cups portfolio (i.e., addition of sustainable options) for ReadyRefresh business, to deliver annual revenue targets.
Manage deployment of Field Marketing resources to provide optimal sales materials and support.
Develop regular cadence of reporting and analytics in collaboration with the Data & Insights team
Serve as the point-of-escalation for B2B Marketing team for critical accounts and / or issues
Set annual marketing budgets for B2B and related product portfolio plans
Participate in industry-relevant thought leadership forums, such as trade shows and industry conferences
Key qualifications include, but are not limited to:
10+ years of experience in marketing roles with a demonstrated track record working in the B2B space; Field Marketing experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
Experience with all aspects of B2B Marketing, including strategic planning, opportunity assessment, initiative management, content creation, etc.
Preference given to established thought leader in the B2B marketing space – someone who has demonstrated ability to craft thought-provoking, cutting-edge strategies that have delivered results
Experience establishing a discipline or business from scratch, preferably leading a marketing or sales transformation
Experience in working cross-functionally and as an intersection point between Marketing and other functions, including Sales, Data & Insights, Finance, etc.
Solid analytical and technical skills in MS Office and internal sales tools (e.g. Siebel, SAP)
Proven leader with track record of managing multiple stakeholders with varying leadership styles
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to lead diverse and cross functional groups, including strong relationship management skills
Keen project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously
Prioritizes workload and meets deadlines for a variety of marketing “deliverables”
Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally
Strong analytical capabilities
Demonstrates initiative with a results orientation, while exhibiting strong drive and leadership skills
Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Minimal travel required
