The HR Coordinator is responsible for the King William hourly payroll functions including attendance tracking and occurrence tracking. You will be the point of contact for all HR administrative matters. Are you up to the dare?
Complete weekly payroll in Kronos Workforce Central 6.1 for hourly employees and perform weekly checks to ensure employees are paid correctly
Complete and distribute vacation, personal holiday & occurrence balances for hourly associates
Use SAP to validate monthly labor accrual, weekly labor postings, and complete payroll related requests
Notify and validate with US Service Center of any hourly personnel changes regarding leave of absence, FMLA, S&A, Parental LOA, direct deposit changes, garnishments received and other requests as necessary
Provide updated training materials as needed for Kronos Workforce Central 6.1 and maintain employee files
Resolve issues with hourly associates on a daily basis regarding questions that may arise relating to payroll
All other duties as assigned
Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent. Associate’s Degree preferred.
Experience (Years/Type): 2+ years’ of payroll or HR clerical experience in a manufacturing, production, military, warehouse or related environment.
Kronos and SAP experience preferred.
