As a Partner Productivity Management Lead, you will ensure service outcomes achieve business objectives defined by the overall sourcing strategy of Information Technology at Nestlé. You will assess and manage financial, operational, compliance, and strategy risks in the vendor ecosystem to ensure delivery and quality of solutions. You will work towards meeting business goals and advocate for strategy and transformation within the financial technical solutions of Information Technology at Nestlé. Measure, monitor, and report all aspects of IS/IT performance utilizing key performance indicators to support decision-making. Your expertise of managing technology partners for our finance team is critical to driving business value by increasing vendor productivity and reporting key performance indicators to aid stakeholder decision making.
Implement quality and Partner Management strategies that balance value, cost, risk and speed over time according to IS/IT technology sourcing strategy
Enforce the governance models and ensure services are compliant with internal and external standards
Use daily best in class best practices and tools for partner relationship and partner performance as defined by the Head of IS/IT Partner Delivery Management.
Lead in-scope partner governance: manage periodic reviews, defines action plans and monitor actions.
Provide reporting, dashboards and analytics to Product Managers, and IS/IT management that will improve decisions
Ensure all product groups have a transparent and independent continuous measure of their key performance and value indicators as agreed with their respective IS/IT Consumers
Continuously track, monitor trends, report progress against agreed baselines, communicate and provide transparency overtime on key IS/IT performance, product group value and IS/IT transformation metrics
Maintain and evolve the relationship between the Product Group and the Partner
Advise Product Group teams about appropriate service expectations around timing, execution of strategy and delivery.
Provide training, coaching and leadership to select partners
5+ years in managing relationships and collaborating with external partners or experience as an IT vendor managing customer accounts and relationships
Experience working with globally dispersed teams and third party vendors
Experience managing stakeholders
Strong knowledge in one or more modules of Finance & Controlling applications (preferably SAP)
Experience in supporting and managing Finance & Controlling projects
