We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager within our retail team to lead the media and campaign strategy to support our boutiques and new store openings.

A Day in the Life:
Own retail media strategy across touchpoints: Search, Display, Social, Mall advertising, PR
Create daily/weekly scorecards to monitor media buying performance and optimize plans accordingly
Track Retail traffic & conversion and correlate data with media investments
Work with eComm team on creating Store pages on Nespresso.com and lead content creation
Attend key industry events and be on top of latest technologies, trends and startups
Create and align a retail clienteling strategy
Lead private and pre-sale events for key locations
Support Nespresso Coffee Ambassadors with Masterclass program for retail
Enable stores with communication & engagement tools
Lead agency briefing: Media, Design, Influencer marketing, PR
Manage Retail budget
Coordinate execution with internal stakeholders: Retail Operations, District and Store managers, Product and Brand Communication

•Bachelors Degree required
• 5+ years experience in business related field (retail, marketing, CPG) • 5+ years experience with interactive digital marketing tools required • 5+ years experience working with external agencies, business partners and cross functional teams important • 2+ years media agency experience preferred • Strong analytical and statistical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Highly collaborative • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Travel 10%
