As part of a product team, the Business Analyst creates deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing the business function and advises on the best solutions. You will integrate eBusiness/eCommerce technology solutions in support of Marketing and Sales Growth initiatives. This includes translating business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements and playing a key role in specifying, testing and deploying requirements into IS/IT solutions.
Supports the Product/Platform Manager & Business Relationship Manager (BRM) in strategy development through incremental improvement of the product, designing business scenarios and use cases
Delivers training to end users, deployment and support teams
Designs business scenarios and use cases for the product mix to maximize its adoption/value
Develops, motivates and directs staff belonging to business and IS/IT to understand business needs and find the best solution that will align with customer objectives and IS/IT strategy
Partners with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements
Works with business partners to conduct paper based design, solutioning sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the life cycle from business demand to value delivery
High School diploma or GED equivalent is required
Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems or other related discipline is preferred
3+ years of relevant business analysis experience is required
Experience implementing and integrating eCommerce shopping solutions is preferred
Understanding of eCommerce, PCE, SEO, SEM, Web CMS, Tech Stacks or other relevant skills is preferred
Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
Experience with effective English communication at different levels in the organization
Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
