1. Do your research

Explore our history and culture to gain a clear sense of what it’s like to grow your career at Nestlé. We suggest reviewing your interview team on LinkedIn to understand their roles, backgrounds, and areas of focus.

2. Identify Your Core Stories

Prepare 4–6 compelling examples from your past experiences that best showcase your skills and how you embrace challenges. Topics could include innovation, cross‑functional collaboration, agility, problem‑solving, and more.
