The role will be responsible for the organization andexecution of technology and product development trials in product developmentand bench scale laboratory setting. The individual will coordinate activitieswith project- and pilot plant teams for medical nutrition and consumer careproducts under limited supervision from other senior scientist and the linemanager.
The keys to success will be quality time management; self-direction; and outstanding PC skills specifically, Excel and related laboratoryand manufacturing oriented software

“Sr. Technician” or “Associate Scientist”, ProductDevelopment.
Support planning, execute and manage concept and developmenttrials for medical nutrition and consumer care products according to projectscope/brief.
Record trial and process parameter result, support trial andcomponent analysis, support sensory-, shelf life- and consumerstudies.
Document, analyze, interprets trial and processingparameters and present results to project team and/ormanagement.
Prior demonstrated work experience in the following areas:
Aseptic Process Development

Experience and Education Requirements:
1-5 yrs. Experience in Food or Nutritional Food, Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements processing or manufacturing
Minimum BS degree in Food Science, Nutrition or related Life Science area
