We are Nestlé’s GLOBE Team – a global IS/IT function based in St. Louis, Missouri with operations strategically positioned in the locations of our different Nestlé businesses across the U.S. We follow the sun as a shared service for the entire Nestlé network – and we’re driven by agility to provide the most effective and efficient level of technical service. As the Agile coach, you will be a galvanizing force for IS/IT teams sharing agile knowledge and building the agile experience throughout the organization.  You will establish an agile center of gravity around leaders, project teams, and stakeholders. You will coach and guide IS/IT teams to achieve their results in an agile and lean way. You must have ability to see and reveal systematic gaps in the organization’s behavior and facilitate training and implementation of the solution.

Your role is critical to keep the organization in an agile mindset. You will have the opportunity to work with many different teams across the organization across the globe.  Are you up for the challenge?

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Training Expert, provides input and content for training courses and delivery modalities appropriate for different levels of capabilities and teams’ needs
  • Provide advice to all Communities of Practice and when appropriate with the functions to increase agility through practice as well as knowledge acquisition
  • Coach the organization to reflect and continually discover better agile ways of working and create a sustainable long term lean-agile environment
  • Constantly increase the impact of the Lean-Agile coaching capability through clear alignment with the strategy and training
  • Ensure that the new way of working principles are applied consistently throughout the organization and teams, while allow for customization where it is fit for purpose
  • Teach and mentor all roles and teams at the various proficiency levels in the different units on Lean-Agile frameworks, principles, and methodologies
  • Act as a facilitator to ensure the organization follows Lean Start-up and Agile principles and practices, in all levels of the organization
  • Coach teams to challenge the existing environment (including support to answer all questions related to Lean-Agile implementation and execution)
  • Works as a trusted advisor by helping the teams to adapt Lean-Agile frameworks, principles and methodologies to their environment
  • Support the development of training material and ensure the delivery of training/coaching in various Agile principles and methodologies, all over the organization

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum)

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • Scrum Master Certification is required
Experience (Years/Type)
  • 2 or more years of experience working as a Scrum Master or an Agile Coach
  • 4 or more years of experience working in Agile teams
  • Experience working with geographical dispersed teams
  • User Centric design experience is a plus
  • Kanban experience is a plus
