Supports the Communication Director in his/her responsibility for Nestle in-the-Market Corporate and brand communication. Provides functional support in communication creative and agency relationships. Supports Marketing and Business managers in effectively applying Winning Actions of BBNW. Supports the development of the company image in line with stated ambition.”
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Outputs:
•Supports to ensure all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted leader in NHW.
•Leads the implementation of the BBNW Create Engaging Brand Experiences Room.
•Runs BEP step 1 sessions and step 4 sessions and help coordinate step 3 workshops and other NiM Red Room training needs for Brand Builders.
•Responsible for the quality of Ultimate Briefs and Execution Plans.
•Sharing of key information within NiM regarding all communication aspects.
•Supports the development and maintenance of productive and collaborative partnerships with communication agencies in order to create engaging, business building communication.
•Ultimate responsibility for the development of outstanding creative work 100 % aligned with Nestlé communication principles.
Key Relationships Internal to Nestle Group:
•NiM: Market Head, local CBMs / GMB Heads, Business Executive Managers, CCSD, Marketing Managers and their direct reports.
•Relevant Nestec roles in SBUs & Corporate Functions.
•CD network in Nestlé worldwide.
Key Relationships External to Nestle Group:
Communication and Research Partners Marketing Services suppliers Various external stakeholder as appropriate.

Receives direct supervision from Brand Comms Leader
SUPERVISION GIVEN:

•7+ years experience in consumer marketing at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG.
-or 7+ years advertising agency experience in account management or strategy.
•Strategic planning, and / or executive management function. Ideally experience in both.
•Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
SKILLS:
•Strategic thinking and problem solving- Ability to take initiative, make decisions and difficult recommendations.
•Superior communication
•High tolerance for ambiguity, must process and prioritize potentially conflicting objectives
•Results Focus – All actions tied to company performance and ultimately achieving results
•Highly collaborative position, requires strong ability to influence, cooperate
•Impact/Convince others – Position requires a high degree of leadership, decision making and persuasive skills
