We are inspired by the local youth in the area who express interest in STEM. One of our passions is to teach and inspire the next generation of manufacturing professionals. With the shortage of technical professionals in this industry, it is more important than ever to create programs and promote development, and provide opportunities for local students.

My experience with Nestlé Purina has been very rewarding. I got the chance to learn the amazing science in Purina research center and how these scientific findings are translated into Purina products. More importantly, my laboratory at WashU has established an official collaboration with Purina to further explore the interplay of nutrients and metabolism.

The Most Rewarding part of working with our local Junior Achievement is spending time with the kids knowing that after five weeks of lessons, they have a better understanding of how a community works and their involvement in it. These students are so eager and willing to learn that it makes it a great experience.
