The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate Process Engineer to join our Nestle Nutrition R&D Centers, Inc. facility located in Fremont, Michigan.
Main purpose of job:
Develops/designs sub-processes for new and improved processes, and/or upgrades existing sub-processes for the Infant and Toddler Meals and Drinks product category.  Has a foundational understanding of the product properties, engineering and quality aspects of process designs for base technologies.  Base understanding of how to design a process to exhibit an absolute intolerance for unsafe situations and follows food safety requirements. 
Responsibilities include:
Proficient in Engineering Process and executes moderately complex projects with some supervision.
Develops benchtop tests, or pilot scale trial plans to collect data  for process development.  Effectively analyzes data, draws conclusions and makes next step recommendations.
Handles confidential information exchange with third parties according to business practices.  Contributes to IP protection plans.
Works cross functionally, and can effectively communicate ideas and findings orally and in writing that influence project direction.

Experience: 1-3 years (BS) or 0-2 years (MS)
