We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinator working our 2nd shift in our Warehouse Department.

Position Summary:
Manage the daily Warehouse shipping schedule by directing the activities for loading and shipping product.  Maintain warehouse records and perform job assignments as directed by Warehouse Team Leaders and Warehouse Manager to insure we meet our warehouse and customer satisfaction goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Run workstation and the daily shipping and unloading schedule.  Communicate with Warehouse Team Leader and Guard Shack about the ongoing shipping process and any concerns related to meeting our schedule. 
Daily tasks include:
  • Transfer orders to shipped status.
  • Execute daily Warehouse Management System checklist.
  • Maintain shipping supply inventory and pallets control.
  • Write work orders and maintain files.
  • Assign orders in Team Leaders absence.
  • Compile monthly Aging Inventory Report.
  • Track local hold product and coordinate disposition.
  • Research variances on inventory control.
  • Manage dock schedule: orders to meet 99% fill rate and 96% on time to customer.
  • Manage trailer pool, railcar unloading/switching and inbound unloading.


Minimum Qualifications:
Education:  High school diploma or GED
Experience:  At least 1 year of proven manufacturing or warehousing experience
Skills:  Basic math skills, Basic computer skills
