Functional Business Relationship Manager, Marketing & Sales (Nestlé Infant Nutrition)

In this role as our Functional Business Relationship Manager (FBRM), you’ll partner with the Regional Business Solutions Managers (RBSM) for Marketing & Sales (MS) to build and sustain "one GLOBE organization" for delivering IS/IT services to the Nestlé Infant Nutrition (NIN) Marketing & Sales (MS) functions. This will balance GLOBE and NIN business needs, while delivering on the promise of a transformed GLOBE North America organization—speed, flexibility, and business case. You’ll also be accountable to deliver GLOBE services to NIN Sales & Marketing organizations that are aligned with North America (NA) GLOBE priorities and operating company business priorities.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Ambassador of the receiver to GLOBE (Voice of the Receiver) and ambassador of GLOBE to the receiver (Voice of GLOBE)
  • Deliver IS/IT services related to NIN MS that balance GLOBE, OpCo, and NA market needs including speed, flexibility, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Accountable by receiver organization for all of IS/IT services related to Marketing & Sales through total service quality and for the execution for Production Line (PL) 4 & 5; accountable for the delivery for PL 1, 2, & 3
  • Primary escalation person for NIN MS teams to GLOBE organization around service, quality, and timeliness; partner with GLOBE organization to resolve escalated issues and communicate to market leaders
  • Manage ‘flex funding budget’ for NIN and evaluate cost vs. benefit and ensure realization of benefit
  • Ensure the integration / deployment of all GLOBE solutions NIN MS teams; ensure top-down GLOBE projects are implemented
  • Accountable for compliance on NIN MS solutions to all GLOBE standards (security, data privacy, portfolio management, etc.)
  • Budget management for NIN MS teams (manage GLOBE costs and CAPEX in compliance with charge back processes); provides input to budget management for regional GLOBE team
  • Support and engage Head of NIN MS to align GLOBE's portfolio of projects and services with market objectives
  • Build the integrated project and portfolio plans for NIN MS teams matching Market needs and GLOBE deployment requirements

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred

Experience: (Years/Type) 
  • 10 plus years’ experience in various roles with extensive exposure in IS/IT service delivery processes required
  • Senior Management, Stakeholder Management, and Influential Management experience required
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) software experience (i.e.  Salesforce, Veeva, Oracle Siebel) required
  • Business Intelligence(BI), Business Analytics(BA) and Sales Strategy experience preferred
  • Project Management & Product Development Cycle experience preferred
  • Trade Fund Management experience preferred
  • Experience leading large matrixed teams of a complex global organization preferred
