The Shop Supervisor is responsible for planning and organizing all work orders for equipment to be remanufactured or repaired to be deployed for customer installations. All equipment needs to be remanufactured to like new condition and ensure minimal failures when deployed.
Supervise Shop technician and Warehouse support personnel to achieve efficiencies and deliver performance targets.
Supervise implementation of Company operation policies, processes, performance goals and safety procedures
Oversee equipment, parts and product inventories to ensure required needs are met and operational efficiencies attained.
Oversee and organize asset retirement- and adhere to best practices for destruction
Plan, organize and prioritize work orders to meet install dates
Plan and delegate work orders to in-house shop technicians
Monitor and follow up with in-house technicians to ensure work orders are completed in required timeframe
Assesses SOPs and schedule training as needed on existing and new equipment
Work with internal and external customersproviding equipment updates, delays or status
Reporting provided daily and monthly of department Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Counsels and discipline employees and establishes a program for improvement with the IDP process (Individual Development Program).
Take a proactive role on worker’s comp related injuries or incidents

Report, investigate all accidents, incidents, and occupational diseases, regardless of severity on a timely basis.
Recommend and implement concrete steps to correct deficiencies in related worker’s comp injuriesand incidents
Directly supervises 4-5 employees in the Shop Warehouse. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three years to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a Valid Driver's License
