We are seeking passionate and dynamic Senior Sales Associate for our world class team who can focus on driving sales, service, and sustainability through respectful, collaborative, agile, determined, and driven engagement with clients, team members, and management. Also to support management with opening/closing and cash duties.
A day in the life:
• Perform Boutique tasks as delegated by management
• Share feedback & opinions respectfully & considerately with management team
• Participate in team meetings & contribute ideas/suggestions to improve Boutique operations
• Respect team members & management by adhering to shift/work scheduling and attendance policy
• Proactively cultivate new client relationships
• Complete special projects per agreed-upon PDP plan as delegated by manger
• Greet & Engage: Welcome with enthusiasm and sincerity all Boutique customers as they enter the space & direct them through the customer journey
• Listen & Learn: Prescribe appropriate machines & capsules by asking open ended questions and providing creative solutions
• Share Knowledge: Demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of new products, current products, and promotions
• Win the Sale: Utilize Nespresso Five Steps of Sales and Service (up, cross, new, and re), NES-Eloquence, and Storytelling to achieve individual & Boutique targets
• Offer Tastings: Initiate customers into the art of coffee tasting & develop their curiosity about Nespresso products
• Member Accuracy: Manage the member database, entering all customer data accurately
• Compliance: Understand and adhere to cash operating procedures and returns policies
• React with respect and provide excellent customer service at all times
• Utilize Nespresso’s Six Customer Experience Principles to deliver a unique and customized customer experience
• Share Nespresso’s community & sustainability missions with all customers
• Maintain awareness of traffic levels & surroundings, adjusting pace, acknowledging new clients, etc.
• Adhere to the all Boutique opening and closing procedures as directed by management
• Work with management team to ensure safe working conditions
• Properly dispose of all recyclables, garbage, etc.
• Execute tasks in an efficient & sustainable fashion as directed by management
• Observe stock levels & refill/assist as necessary
• Adhere to retail operations procedures and best practices as directed by management team
• Adhere to compliance and quality standards in keeping with the Standard Operation Procedures
• Adhere to cash management and return procedures as directed by management
