Gerber Products Company dba Nestlé Infant Nutrition is seeking a Workforce Capability Training Specialist in our Fremont, MI facility.
Main Purpose of Job:
Provides training and feedback to ensure contact center personnel proficiency in customer service, products, procedures, technology, communication channels and marketing programs. Delivers training programs, and identifies gaps based on trending tools. Accountable for organizing materials and resources so others may respond accurately and efficiently to contacts in all channels.
Implement training programs to ensure contact center personnel proficiency in customer service, products, procedures, technology, communication channels and marketing programs. Leverage 70/20/10 learning approach which includes all types of training – virtual, classroom, etc.
Develop verbal and written responses (via mail, phone or Internet) and assure the proper utilization of scripting and consistency in messages through training.
Create new scripting, training resources, and job aids as needed with validation and updates of current materials on a routine basis.
Contribute to special projects & support the monitoring program.

College degree in Education and/or Nutrition or related field preferred.
Minimum three years of experience as a trainer or nutrition educator delivering training programs, preferably within a contact center or a learning institution.
Experience developing training manuals and instructional support materials.
Training delivery skills
Ability to train and mentor others
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of basic business processes, workflow and systems
Solid PC skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
