We are seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to drive the portfolio strategy of our new coffee launches and accessories business.
A Day in the life:
Drives permanent SKU mix optimization efforts by monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on SKU-level performance.
Liaises with global headquarter team to create and foster portfolio, ensuring product offering reinforces the pricing and channel strategy developed in partnership with the direct and indirect sales teams.
Ensures cross-functional teams are equipped to execute go-to-market strategy for all new product launches.
Example of responsibilities include SKU creation, price form submission, memo creation and distribution, packaging development, sampling, customer service Q&A, creative asset deployment.
Executes robust business analysis leveraging consumer insights to set strategic direction for product launches leveraging HQ innovation plans.
Leads local consumer testing of new product concepts and packaging
Actively participates in Monthly Business Planning Cycle by providing insights on portfolio performance
Collaborates with trade, ecom, and retail teams to identify and realize growth opportunities for accessory portfolio
Creates and maintains product launch calendar
Manage an annual budget for the all relevant launches / campaigns
Bachelors Degree Required, preferably in Marketing or Business.
3+ years Experience in business analysis and developing business cases required, particularly acquisition focused
3+ years Brand Management experience required
3+ years Management of a creative agency experience preferred
