Main Purpose of Job:
Lead Sales strategy and operations activities, including process improvement and program management. Initiates improvement assessments. Ensures processes and tools are used consistently. Evaluate current processes and ways of working for further improvements. Bring expertise or identify subject matter authorities to gather feedback from cross-functional teams (e.g.HQ Sales; Sales Finance; Supply Chain; Shopper Marketing), establish benchmark and assess improvements needed. Plan, manage, and propose the activities to provide operational support for the business. Develop improvement charters, track implementation solutions, and usage levels. Lead Nestle key work processes for short, mid-, and long-term Sales planning.
4+ years of consulting, professional services, and / or strategy & operations experience
CPG and Sales experience preferred
Cross-functional experience a plus (HQ Sales, Field Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)
Strong verbal and oral communication & presentation skills
Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities and pay strong attention to details
Strong analytical skills
Ability to connect the context of the marketplace, organization and all NSO roles and responsibilities
Embraces change, leads by example, maintains a positive work environment and ongoing learning culture
1.) Knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT)
2.) Demonstrated knowledge of business driving technology solutions and internal/external industry insights and trends
3.) Knowledge of core Business Processes and Fundamentals (Sales/Distribution, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial Reporting, Training, HR Policies, Integrated Commercial Planning, Nestlé Management and Leadership Principles).
