As a Technology Expert in Commercial Planning for Marketing, Sales and e-Business (MSE) you will be responsible for providing operational leadership for the commercial planning pillar for our regional IT solutions that support our North America businesses. You’ll manage the commercial planning product resources, demand and capacity, budgets, and stakeholder alignment; ensuring clear capabilities for the solutions are understood and recorded in the product catalog. Your ability to prioritize on ambiguous topics with varied levels of information and constraints while staying organized will be the key to success in this role.
Provide operational leadership for the Commercial Planning pillar for regional IT solutions supporting Nestlé North America businesses
Manage expectations through operational resource management and task prioritization for commercial planning team
Provide product management and end-to-end functional ownership with appropriate activities for key regional solutions
Manage vendors and financial tracking; Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Invoices, Purchase Orders (PO) requests, etc.
Provide escalation and options to leadership as needed
Lead a regional sustain & support product team
Deliver direction to resources as appropriate based on changes and prioritization
Support leadership decisions and resource/organizational changes as needed within the team
Provide cross-product leadership for all Marketing, Sales and eBusiness pillars (Field Sales & eContent Syndication & Publication
Deliver Demand/Capacity updates and forecasting through critical thinking
Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, management, or relatable experience
7+ years’ experience within IT or comparable industry
Functional experience with Commercial Planning/Sales: Trade Planning and Optimization (TPO)
Experience with driving alignment through operational leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
Experience with vendor collaboration and/or vendor management
Ability to lead discussions with a level of ambiguity with leadership in addition to operational and technical stakeholders
Familiarity with marketing, sales, e-business solution landscapes and the integrations with Trade Planning or other similar systems
General understanding of master data within SAP ERP and integrations
Experience with off-shore models and technical partner collaboration
Experience working within a global organization and supporting a follow-the-sun approach
